Q) Why won't Microsoft Support answer my question posted here?
A) This newsgroup is not a Microsoft-to-user support vehicle. It is for user-to-user support. Some Microsoft folks monitor this out of personal and, occasionally, professional, interest. They are not here--indeed, this forum is not here--to provide support from Microsoft to you. Try contacting Microsoft Support more directly.
